  Download and print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at any authorized collection point to start the transit back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
